Project Summery :


Healthy and balanced food is the food to which methods of preparation, preservation and proper storage apply, and at the same time its diversity and inclusion of all nutrients. It combines building, prevention, and energy foods. There are methods and standards for healthy and balanced food, and there are benefits for this type of food, And damages to the human being if he does not adhere to a proper diet, so it was one of our most important priorities to provide balanced food for the international student by containing a variety of foods that provide the body with the nutrients necessary to maintain its health and provide it with energy, in addition to generating a good feeling for him.
These elements include: carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, in addition to minerals, vitamins, water, and other elements beneficial to the student's body.
Stemming from our responsibility towards these students, we have been keen to provide them with appropriate and healthy foods by providing breakfast and dinner on school days, and lunch is added on holidays.
In this way, the student is distinctly prepared to continue his university studies in an excellent health condition, and enables him to continue his scientific and academic excellence.

 

Project Description:


Healthy living is one of the important and basic elements of the undergraduate stage for international students, because of its great impact on the life of the international student in his exile. Therefore, we focused on the importance of securing healthy living for international students, which contributes to:

  • Keeping their bodies in shape.
  • Gaining the energy necessary for them to pursue their educational attainment.

The project is to provide healthy, distinctive and varied meals for the international student:

Breakfast: It consists of light and nutritious items as follows:
- butter. honey - pastries . - Nutella .
- jam. - egg . - Potato . - olive .

Dinner: It is served to students on a daily basis, and the main meal is:
- Soups - beans with rice - salads - grilled meat
- Kabsa - upside down - sweets - fruits

In this way, we have provided the international student with the most important need for him in his exile, which helps him and helps him to continue strongly in academic excellence.

 

The project justification :

 

  1. There are many health problems that affect international students due to poor nutrition.
  2. Lack of interest in the proper nutrition of international students and the lack of interest in this subject, which negatively affects the international student and thus affects his studies.
  3. The difficult conditions faced by international students in Turkish universities in particular.

 

Project goals :

 

  1. Reducing the suffering of international students in Turkey and providing them with healthy nutrition.
  2. Providing balanced meals that are rich in all the important elements for the student’s body.
  3. Providing nutritional diversity in the meals provided to international students in Turkey.
  4. Contribute to maintaining the condition of students through balanced and complete nutrition.
  5. That the student gets used to how to take good care of his health, in an orderly and balanced manner.
  6. A positive reflection of the project on the academic excellence of international students.

Target group :


The project aims to continuously and distinctly provide various daily healthy meals for international students from the beginning of their enrollment at the university until their graduation, with different specializations and levels.
